Payment Methods All prices are in US Dollar, and all orders must be made in US Dollar. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. If you would
prefer, you can select "invoice" as your payment method when
checking-out and send a check or money order payable to JoMamaCo (in USD) for
the total amount of your order. We will ship your order after your check has
cleared. Be sure to review your order before checking out. Many of our products are handmade by small family businesses, or shipped to us internationally. Therefore, if we are out of stock on any of these products, it may take up to 6 weeks for you to receive them- we note this when you click to add any product to your shopping cart. By purchasing items under these terms, you are saying that you are willing to wait the noted time to receive your shipment. Shipping All in-stock orders will be shipped in 24-48 business hours! We will note otherwise for out-of-stock items. We ship via Priority Mail
to better serve you. You can expect your order to arrive 2-3 days after
being shipped. If you need your order faster, select Express Shipping
($10 more). Shipping costs are shown on the table below.
We often have monthly shipping specials on our shipping rates, so check out the Shop's Homepage regularly to make sure you're not missing out! Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Returns We only accept returns on unwashed, unused items, or if the product is defective. We will reimburse the customer for the amount of shipping back to us if the item is defective, otherwise the customer must pay shipping on unwashed, unused items in New condition. Refunds Defective items may be Refunded to your card for the full amount or exchanged for the exact same item in New condition. Customer must contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund on all items returned in New, Unwashed, Unused condition. Exchanges & Store Credits If you are unhappy with your product, you may return it to us & exchange it for an item of equal value or receive a store credit in the same amount of the purchase made, excluding shipping costs. Please contact us before shipping back any returns.
